Looming majestically over New York City's East River, The historic Queensboro Bridge, also known as the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, spans New York City's East River. It was finished in 1909 and crosses Roosevelt Island as it connects the Upper East Side of Manhattan with the Queens borough of Long Island City.
This contemporary art piece by Morgan depicts the bridge from the Long Island side, bathed in its own colorful lights looking towards an illuminated Manhattan.
